Please fill out the payment form completely - with a good cell phone number AND your full first and last name that with which you registered for the getaway weekend.
Also, this is a reminder to book your hotel room if you haven't already!
Reminder #2, here is the payment info from the registration form:
PAYMENTS/FEES: After you have paid in full, if you cancel your registration prior to November 30, 2023, we will refund your registration fees, less the $100 deposit. You are responsible for cancelling your own hotel room at The Mainland. Should you cancel on or after December 1, 2023, no refund will be issued due to the expenses already incurred by S*A*G on based on your registration. There will be a $45.00 charge for any returned deposits/ payments. The final payment for the S*A*G registration is due no later than November 1, 2023. Beginning November 2, 2023, a $50 late fee will be assessed to anyone still needing to make their final payment. It is your responsibility to make your payments timely. Friendly reminders may or may not be emailed or posted.
