Scrappin' Away ... S*A*G 2024

 Happy to announce Scrappin' Away ... S*A*G 2024!  

Registration is open!!  We are heading back to our AWESOME venue for S*A*G, The Mainland!  Please take your time to read all of the information below, and visit the FB Event often because new information will be posted.  Feel free to post any questions here on the blog comments OR on the Facebook page so that we can help and assist to the best of our ability.

Dates: January 12 -14, 2024

Venue:  The Holiday Inn/LBI (The Mainland)

                      151 Route 72 West

                      Manahawkin, NJ

Cost:  (2 pieces)

1) Room Rate:  $120 plus tax per night (booked directly with hotel - see below)

2) S*A*G Registration fee: $285 per cropper (crop room:  12:00 p.m. Friday - 5:00 p.m. Sunday; Friday - dinner, Saturday - breakfast and dinner, Sunday - brunch, and all of the fun and extras always provided by S*A*G) (Pay $100 deposit now with link provided after registration is complete.  If deposit is not received at the time registration is submitted, your registration will be rejected.)

Because S*A*G is booked with a major hotel chain this winter, registrations will be done in two steps. 

HOW TO REGISTER: 

Every person attending the weekend to scrapbook must fill out the registration form located as part of this post and each person must pay a deposit of $100 through a pop up at the end of this registration form. This is a deposit is for your crop room and meals ONLY. 

Registration is limited and we will sell out again this year!  Please get your registration form filled out and deposit in ASAP.  

Please pay attention to filling out the form the proper way. The question prior to your deposit payment is for you to sign your name and date at the bottom, indicating you have read the registration form and "fine print" in it's entirety.  

HOW TO BOOK YOUR HOTEL:  

Your hotel will be booked directly through the hotel.  One representative from each room must make the hotel reservation, adding ALL ROOMMATES to the reservation with the hotel, as all guests will be cross-referenced with our attendees list. 

(NOTE: If you cancel your reservation with the hotel any time before our event, your registration will automatically be cancelled, as will that of your roommates.)  

Attendees may call 609-481-6100 or 1-800-Holiday for reservations.  They can also book online with the link below where you can choose the dates then type in SCP group rate code in the drop down menu under "rate preference" then hit enter  (Rooms will be $120 plus taxes per night.) Please verify your room rate of $120 to confirm you are part of the block.  We are not able to guarantee the block rate without this.  The room block will close 12/1/23.  Get your reservation in as soon as you make your deposit for S*A*G 2024.

If you would like to stay Sunday to Monday, you may crop in your hotel rooms; you will need to provide your own tables.  

Your deposit will be collected at the end of your registration form.  Please read all questions and answer completely as recommended above.
