Reminder of cancellation/refund policy from your registration form:
REFUNDS: No refunds or transfer of deposits. "No Shows" receive No Refund.
PAYMENTS/FEES: After you have paid in full, if you cancel your registration prior to November 30, 2025, we will refund your registration fees, less the $100 deposit. You are responsible for cancelling your own hotel room at The Flanders (info on room booking to be provided). Should you cancel on or after December 1, 2025, no refund will be issued due to the expenses already incurred by S*A*G on based on your registration. There will be a $45.00 charge for any returned deposits/payments. The final payment for the S*A*G registration is due no later than November 1, 2025. Beginning November 2, 2025, a $50 late fee will be assessed to anyone still needing to make their final payment. It is your responsibility to make your payments timely.
