Dates: January 17 -19, 2025

Venue: The Flanders Hotel, 719 East 11th Street, Ocean City, NJ 08226

Cost:  (2 pieces)

1) Room Rate:  $152 plus tax per night (booked directly with hotel - see below)

2) S*A*G Registration fee: $305 per cropper (crop room:  12:00 p.m. Friday - 4:00 p.m. Sunday; Friday - dinner, Saturday - breakfast and dinner, Sunday - brunch, and all of the fun and extras always provided by S*A*G) (Pay $100 deposit now with link provided after registration is complete.  If deposit is not received at the time registration is submitted, your registration will be rejected.)

As we have done for the past few years, registrations will be done in two steps. 

HOW TO REGISTER: 

Every person attending the weekend to scrapbook must fill out the registration form located as part of this post and each person must pay a deposit of $100 through a pop up at the end of this registration form. This is a deposit is for your crop room and meals ONLY. 

Registration is limited and we will sell out again this year!  Please get your registration form filled out and deposit in ASAP.  

Please pay attention to filling out the form the proper way. The question prior to your deposit payment is for you to sign your name and date at the bottom, indicating you have read the registration form and "fine print" in its entirety.  

HOW TO BOOK YOUR HOTEL:  

Your hotel will be booked directly through the hotel.  One representative from each room must make the hotel reservation, adding ALL ROOMMATES to the reservation with the hotel, as all guests will be cross-referenced with our attendees list.  This is a "stay to play" event. At this point in time, we are not accepting day croppers or off site weekend croppers. We received a fabulous deal on this weekend from the hotel due to the fact that we will be booking rooms with them to keep their occupancy up during a historically slow season. (NOTE: If you cancel your reservation with the hotel any time before our event, your registration will automatically be canceled, as will that of your roommates.)  

Please do not contact the hotel until we give you the block code - we will be meeting with them in the next few days to nail everything down.   The room block will close 12/1/24.  Get your reservation in as soon as we release the information but not before getting your deposit in for the crop.  The room block will be good for Thursday - Sunday nights (so you can stay for the long weekend if you’d like but your Sunday night and Monday crop will be in the comfort of your own hotel room (and with your own table.) 

Your deposit will be collected at the end of your registration form.  Please read all questions and answer completely as recommended above.
