Your weekend will include: single/double/triple/quad accommodations in an over sized guest room, each with balcony or patio, 5 meals (dinner Friday and Saturday nights, continental breakfast and lunch Saturday and Sunday), 24 hour cropping space, snacks and coffee service, your own table space, high speed wifi, Keurigs in your guest rooms, in room safe, hair dryers and make up mirrors, and ADA accommodations should you require same. A bar/lounge with game room is available at an out of pocket cost. The hotel also contains a gym/workout facilities, should you feel moved to get that exercising in while we are there. We will also be providing a masseuse for your enjoyment - prices and sign up sheets will follow in the coming weeks.

Costs for the weekend are below and are per person for the full weekend broken down by occupancy:
RATES PER PERSON FOR 2019:
Final payments are due no later than September 30, 2018. After you have paid in full via the paypal button below AND filled out your registration form above , if you cancel your registration prior to September 30, 2018, we will refund your registration fees, less a $100 deposit. Should you cancel after October 1, 2018, no refund will be issued due to the expenses already incurred by S*A*G on based on your registration. There will be a $35.00 charge for any returned deposits/payments. As well, a $50 late fee will be assessed to any payments received after the final due date of September 30, 2018.
Need a room for Thursday night? They are available at $330 for the night for double occupancy. Only breakfast on Friday morning and the room is included with that rate. You will be responsible for telling us that you need the room, then paying for it on your own upon arrival.
Want to spend Sunday night too, with a smaller scrap room available for you on Sunday night and Monday? Again, rate is $330 for night for double room (dinner will be available for you as well as breakfast on Monday). This is something that has been negotiated on your behalf. Please let us know on the form if you're interested in this option.
There is no swapping roommates without prior express approval from S*A*G management. Please contact all of your roommates and firm everything up prior to registering. We understand that "things happen" but please know that after September 30, 2018, a change fee of $50 per room may be assessed should any changes be necessary.
