WINTER S*A*G - Registration Link and Payment Options

The location has been chosen, the dates have been chosen, and the registration is open!

It almost rhymed anyway.

Scrappers' Anonymous Getaway is pleased to announce the location of this year's winter crop (January 12-14, 2018):  CHUBB Hotel and Conference Center, located in beautiful Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania.  (Address to input into your GPS:  309 Manor Road, Lafayette Hill, PA 19444.)

Your weekend will include:  single/double/triple/quad accommodations in an over sized guest room, each with balcony or patio, 5 meals (dinner Friday and Saturday nights, continental breakfast and lunch Saturday and Sunday), 24 hour cropping space, snacks and coffee service, your own table space, high speed wifi, Keurigs in your guest rooms, in room safe, hair dryers and make up mirrors, and ADA accommodations should you require same.  A bar/lounge with game room is available at an out of pocket cost.  The hotel also contains a gym/workout facilities, should you feel moved to get that exercising in while we are there.  We will also be providing a masseuse for your enjoyment - prices and sign up sheets will follow in the coming weeks.

Costs for the weekend are below and are per person for the full weekend broken down by occupancy:

After you have paid in full via the paypal button below AND filled out your registration form above , if you cancel your registration prior to October 31, 2017, we will refund your registration fees, less a $100 deposit.  Should you cancel after November 1, 2017, no refund will be issued due to the expenses already incurred by S*A*G on based on your registration.  There will be a $35.00 charge for any returned deposits/payments.  If you have chosen to pay in installments, the final payment is due no later than November 30, 2017.  Beginning December 1, 2017, a $50 late fee will be assessed to anyone still needing to make their final payment. It is your responsibility to make your payments timely. Friendly reminders may or may not be emailed or posted.
